Using DealMatchNow

DealMatchNow connects customers with local businesses offering discounted services and experiences. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information, including a valid email and, where required, a verifiable phone number.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, interfere with other users’ bookings, or share accounts in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.

Accounts & phone verification

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We may require phone verification via SMS one-time codes for signup, merchant onboarding, or account security. Providing a phone number you do not control, or abusing OTP requests, is prohibited and may result in suspension.

Bookings, payments & digital passes

When you purchase a deal, you enter into a contract with the merchant for the listed service, subject to their redemption rules and any restrictions shown on the deal page (including valid dates, hours, quantity limits, and fine print).

Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices, taxes, and fees are displayed at checkout. After payment, you receive a redemption code and may access a digital pass (including QR) in your account and, where enabled, by SMS/email link. Redemption codes and QR passes are generally single-use unless a deal expressly states otherwise. You must present a valid, unredeemed pass at the merchant to redeem.

Completed purchases are subject to the merchant’s cancellation and refund policy unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout. Chargebacks filed in bad faith after a successful redemption may lead to account review.

SMS, email & alerts

By using DealMatchNow with a phone number on your profile, you acknowledge that we may send transactional SMS about bookings, payments, redemption codes, and account security when SMS features are enabled. Optional deal-alert and marketing SMS require your opt-in preference and can be turned off in Alerts settings. Email notifications follow the same transactional vs. marketing distinction.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details current so you can receive confirmation and pass links.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of listings (including location, hours, and restrictions), honoring valid vouchers and QR redemptions, maintaining appropriate licenses, and complying with applicable consumer protection and advertising laws.

Merchants using Stripe Connect must complete required onboarding and keep payout details accurate. DealMatchNow may review, suspend, or remove listings or merchant accounts that violate our policies, fail to honor valid bookings, or receive repeated substantiated customer complaints.

Reviews & content

Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences tied to real bookings where our platform requires it. We may remove content that is fraudulent, offensive, misleading, or violates intellectual property rights.

By submitting content (including reviews, business photos, and deal descriptions), you grant DealMatchNow a non-exclusive license to display and promote it in connection with the service.

Location features

Map and distance-based features depend on addresses or location permission you provide. Approximate pins and distances are for discovery convenience; always confirm merchant address and redemption rules on the deal page before traveling.

Limitation of liability

DealMatchNow is a marketplace platform and is not the provider of merchant services. Merchants are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their offerings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including issues caused by merchant non-performance, except where we cannot exclude liability by law.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to DealMatchNow in fees for the transaction giving rise to the claim (excluding amounts paid through to the merchant for the underlying deal, except as required by law).

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse of SMS/OTP systems, payment disputes in bad faith, policy violations, or risk to other users. You may stop using the service at any time; provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and accrued payment obligations) will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
